The survey showed that working conditions in hospitals contributed to the travel decision for 93.8% of respondents, with 96.9% of medical students leading the reason for motivating migration, with low compensation and wages.
The site pointed out that Syrian doctors go to different destinations, including the countries of Sudan and Somalia, as well as European countries such as Germany or regional countries such as Iraq and the Gulf, for a salary of up to $1,200. dollar.
The website explained that the health sector in the country “is slowly dying due to a lack of staff and modern equipment”, while pointing out that doctors in Syria use “eating and drinking” equipment.
