The Syrian Network for Human Rights said on Monday that the Syrian regime has killed at least 22,981 children in Syria since March 2011.
According to the human rights network, 190 of them are children under torture, while more than five thousand other children are still detained in prisons or forcibly disappeared.
The network indicated that the number of dead male children reached about 13,000, while the number of female dead exceeded 10,000 female children.
She pointed out that the majority of children were killed due to the indiscriminate aerial bombardment of the regime forces and militias loyal to it on residential neighborhoods.
