The “Syrian Response Coordinators Team” confirmed that the number of families affected by the earthquake in northwest Syria amounted to 218,844 families, with the number of individuals exceeding 1,233,483 people.
The number of displaced people affected by the earthquake reached 42,716 families, with a number of 237,744 members, and the number of arrivals from Turkey: 54,892 people.
The killing of 4,128 civilians has been documented so far, and 9,848 others have been injured. As for the victims of humanitarian workers and cadres working within institutions, the number of victims among the mentioned cadres has exceeded more than 249 people, of whom workers in humanitarian organizations constitute 53%.
The damages within the educational facilities amounted to 419 schools of different categories (partial damage, partial demolition, and moderate damage), while the damages within the health sector facilities were recorded within 66 facilities.
Damages within the camps were documented with about 101 housing units mentioned above, and the damages ranged between light and medium.
