The Israeli army launched airstrikes last night targeting the positions of the Syrian regime and Iranian militias in Homs province in central Syria.
According to a military source, the Syrian regime’s news agency SANA, “At around 00:50 this morning, the enemy of Israel carried out an airstrike with a series of missiles from the direction of northern Lebanon, targeting some points in the vicinity of the city of Homs.”
“Our air defense intercepted the attacker’s missiles and shot down some of them,” the source added, adding that the attack injured three civilians, fired a civilian gas tank and burned several tanks and trucks. .
Media reports said that Israeli missiles destroyed an ammunition depot belonging to Lebanese “Hezbollah” at the “Al-Dabaa” military airport in the countryside of Homs, confirming that the bombing killed two “Hezbollah” fighters and injured five others. air defense personnel.
