Last week, the “Syrian Vaccine” team confirmed that more than 573,000 people have been vaccinated for cholera in opposition-controlled areas in northwestern Syria since the start of the first vaccination campaign.
According to the team, 484,000 people were vaccinated in Idlib, including more than 209,000 in Atma, 156,000 in Sarma, around 99,000 in Maarat Misrin and more than 21,000 in Harem, while around 88,000 people in Azaz, rural Aleppo, were vaccinated.
